Just got my sister a pair of Solomon leather ice climbing boots at Rec Outlet for $60, both the Super 8 and 9 (the 9's I think are selling for $70).
Not sure on the size selection, but I know they have some sizes that would fit women well.
They were originally $90 when I got my wife a pair (still marked at this price), but they knocked off $30. They're good comfy boots, at a good price.
