| Well, we're going to get going on our basement real soon. Therefore, I'm going to need a tape/mud person and some ducts run. If anyone here does drywall/tape/mud, or HVAC, or can recommend someone that will give me a deal, give me an email or pm. |

| I HATE mud and tape. I think that stuff is an art form..... :nod: Too much and your screwed! Then you have to sand all day. Not enough and your screwed.....can you tell that I HATE it. I pay an expert for that kind of work. |

Nah, we're not staying in this house long. Just trying to maximize our value, sales appeal, and space while we're in it.
Looks like I'm going to Virginia in 2 years, so we're going to be putting the house on the market in just over a year. |
