Excellent - a fine looking house, which must've helped it sell. :2thumbs:
So.... The Rx biz good in Seattle?
I find it amazing that such a nice home can be such a good deal. I just saw an ad for a "perfect starter home" in Vancouver at $629,000. Ouch! |

Coolness. Hey man you keep in touch up there in pot paradise. :bandit2: :haha:
We may have to take a road trip sometime and check out some trails up that way. :2thumbs: |

I think the Rx business is good everywhere. Illness could give a $h!t about a recession. :2thumbs:
I have noticed the market in Seattle is quite a bit different than here. You can't find a doublewide in Redmond/Bellevue/Mercer for under half a million. :eek2:
We won't be living in the city. It's looking like we'll be either south and east by the volcano or across the sound on the peninsula.
Scot - I'll make sure to scout out the good trails and be ready when you feel up for a road trip. |
