Sorry this is so late.

We took the kids up with my parents boat.
Fishing:
We trolled on Friday and my daughter caught a big cut that was in the restricted range. I had to cut the line and throw it back, I saw it floating on its back as we left. We got skunked the rest of the day. On Sunday we tried again and instead of trolling we just drove out and dropped our lines in. My same daughter had one on and it got off before she could get him in, skunked again. It got pretty stormy so we got off the lake at about 2.
Crawdads:
Luckily I read this thread before we went and it got me excited to fish for crawdads. http://www.uutah.com/forum/viewtopic.php?t=8755&postdays=0&postorder=asc&highlight=crawdad&start=0

I bought a couple of traps from cabela's for $10. We tried both days with chicken, hot dogs, cat food. The catfood worked the best it seems like. Here are some pics.

I know what you're trying to do!!!

You know that the ice is all frozen over and you just wanted to tease us with pics of open water and the surrounding valley without snow.

Pure evil, man. :compthrow:

Looks like fun, though.

That did cross my mind. Nice sunny day pictures in the middle of winter. Sorry :haha:
