Rotating Illusion - Pink Eye Trick

If your eyes follow the movement of the rotating pink dot, the dots will remain only one colour - pink.
However if you stare at the black

Now, I'm sure that I will be told that somebody posted this last week, because everything I come across that I find cool seems to have already been posted a year earlier by someone cooler, but I liked this.

I wasn't here a year ago so I would have no clue if this was posted, but I like it!!
Think I am going to stare at it longer. Maybe I can make the black + pop out at me 3D style. :lol8:

After looking at this thing, I walked around town for an hour barking like a dog. What the hell WAS that!?!

Ok so apparently my brain doesn't work right, cuz the pink dots never go away not even a little bit. But I get a very faint green circle that sits just to the left of the pink circles. :ne_nau:

Ahh, your brain works just fine :haha:

I found no matter where you decide to stare, the green begins to appears. If you follow the pink, they stay pink and it took quite some time staring at that "+" to have all the dots disappear :haha:

My son and I are sitting here staring at it. Only one dot ever disappears for me the one at about two o'clock. Spenc says they all go away for him. The only problem with staring at it for that long is then all I see on other screens is little green dots!

yep :roflol:

If you move your eyes even slightly, it kind of resets them all.

Stare at the + from a closer distance, it helps.

The trick is to keep your sight focused exactly on the center and don't move it at all. I had them all disappear in just a few seconds. And by the way, this illusion is based as much on eye chemistry as it is on brain function.

My face was right in front of the screen and I did focus only on the +. Only one disappears. I have tried!

You know those pics that become 3D when you stare at them for a long time. I have a hard time with those too, I have to really concentrate to make the pic pop out.

Oh! I love those 3d pics! And things like this.

Of course I probably would have even enjoyed them more back in the late 70's and 80's when I used to eat shroomin pizzas. :hippy:

I can only get rid of half the dots. I have an astigmatism and I believe that is blocking me from having the rest of the dots disappear.
